Business Administration Support

We provide Business Administration support from Certified Microsoft Office Specialists.
Examples of some of the services we provide:

• Creation of professional looking documents for you, with contents and index
• Creation of Powerpoint presentations for you and reviews of your existing presentations
• Help you manage your lists of contacts in either Outlook, Excel or Access;
• Manage your Mail merges for you;
• Help you create invoices and receipts using Microsoft Word or Excel.

Helpdesk Support

We provide a local helpdesk support service for both Software issues and questions, as well as Hardware problems.
Because we are local, we can visit you if required to solve the problem or give you help.
We support Microsoft Office applications as well as Open Office. Software support is given by an experienced Certified Microsoft Office Specialist. Hardware and network support are given by experienced and qualified hardware support engineers.

Prices start from only £10 per month for Home users and £20 per month for businesses. Prices depend on usage levels.

Computer Training

We understand that people like you learn in different ways and at different speeds. We ensure that each person like you will get all the attention you need to help you achieve your learning objectives, whether you have one to one tuition or are learning as part of a small group.

All tuition is given by certified instructors and Microsoft Office Specialists, and includes hands-on tuition, handouts and course notes.

Tuition is delivered in a location to suit you - in your home, at our learning facility in Hampshire or at your place of business. We are based in Aldershot, Hampshire. We initially aim to cover 50 miles radius i.e. Hants, Surrey, Berkshire, West Sussex and London but will accommodate requests from further afield if required.

Tuition will be arranged for you as an individual learner, or for your company on any software application. Let us know your requirements and we will arrange them all for you, including venue as you desire.

Prices start from £25 per person per hour.
